KCESYS Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all obligations and rights shall cease except those that by their nature should survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
